Description:
We are looking for a Recruitment Executive / Coordinator to support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for drivers and operational staff. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and skilled at managing high-volume hiring workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Process hiring requests for drivers and operations staff based on business needs
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with line managers
• Communicate with shortlisted candidates and ensure proper documentation
• Facilitate pre-employment and onboarding processes
• Maintain up-to-date records of hiring progress, offers, and vacancies
• Provide HR administrative support related to recruitment
Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Arabic
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in blue-collar or driver recruitment is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic recruitment tools
