Recruitment Specialist in Riyadh

THA Staffing is expanding our Venues, Parks, and Resorts (VPR) vertical across KSA and the UAE, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Riyadh.

In this full-time role, you’ll work closely with the Senior HR Manager to build a robust workforce, manage high-volume recruitment, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping the talent behind some of the region’s most exciting venues and resorts.

What You’ll Do:
- Support recruitment planning and candidate sourcing
- Screen, interview, and manage a pipeline of talent
- Handle onboarding, deployment, and candidate engagement
- Ensure compliance with KSA and UAE labour laws
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in high-volume hiring
- Proficiency with HR software / ATS
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Knowledge of KSA labour laws
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
