Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification (Mandatory)
ITIL Foundation Certification
15+ years of experience in IT Service Management
Strong experience supporting and optimizing ITSM operations
Expertise in Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Asset, and Knowledge Management
Excellent reporting and dashboard development skills
Strong problem analysis and troubleshooting capabilities
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
