We are looking for a professional and welcoming Restaurant Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests. The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional guest experience, smooth table management, and support premium hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly and professionally
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
• Escort guests to tables and present menus
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth seating flow
• Maintain reception and waiting area cleanliness
• Handle guest inquiries and minor complaints politely
• Update seating charts and reservation systems
• Support special events and busy service periods

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality certification is an advantage)
• Previous experience as a Hostess or in hospitality customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, positive, and professional attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and events
• English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage
