Position: Restaurant Manager
Working Hours: ~48 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service execution
• Drive sales growth and maximize profitability through operational excellence
• Manage and develop the team, ensuring high performance and engagement
• Maintain strict control over food cost, labor cost, and wastage
• Ensure top-tier customer service and handle escalations professionally
• Monitor KPIs including sales, transactions, ATV, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, and support functions
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and Saudi regulations
• Implement SOPs and continuously improve operational efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, P&L, and cost control
• Leadership mindset with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is highly preferred
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
