🔍Key Responsibilities:
🔹Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT & digital banking initiatives
🔹Enhance and optimize existing business processes to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and elevate customer experience
🔹Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders
🔹Support UAT activities and ensure solutions meet business and regulatory standards
🔹Develop BRDs, process flows, user guides, and other key documentation
🔹Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
🔹Participate in change management, training, and user adoption initiatives
🔹Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and technology risk requirements

🎓Qualifications:
🔹5+ years of experience in retail banking products (accounts, personal finance, auto finance, etc.) within a Saudi bank or financial institution
🔹Strong understanding of process management, operational and financial risks, compliance, and technology controls
🔹Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
🔹Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field; CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certifications are a plus
