We are hiring an RF Designer to contribute to the design, optimization, and performance of 2G/4G/5G networks. If you have experience in network planning, link budget analysis, propagation models, and hardware dimensioning, this is for you!
 Key Responsibilities:
 Network Design & Optimization – Plan and design wireless networks for coverage, capacity, and quality.
Dimensioning & Link Budget – Estimate network capacity, site requirements, and signal strength.
 Propagation Models – Apply models like Hata, COST-231, Okumura for site planning.
 RF Tools & Hardware – Use Atoll, Planet, Mentum & work with antennas, TRXs, RRUs.
 Team & Customer Collaboration – Work cross-functionally, mentor engineers & interface with clients.
Requirements:

•  Degree in Electronics/Telecom Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
•  5+ years of RF Design experience in 2G/4G/5G networks.
•  Proficiency in RF tools & optimization techniques.
•  Expertise in GSM, LTE, 5G NR & hardware planning.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
