✅ Coordinate and deliver rig-based safety training, inductions, and refreshers
✅ Ensure compliance with HSE requirements (Company, Client & Regulatory)
✅ Promote proactive safety culture via coaching and daily interaction
✅ Maintain and update training records and documentation
✅ Support rig management during audits, inspections, and investigations
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
✅ Minimum 2 years in a safety/training coordination role
✅ Strong background in rig site HSE and training
✅ In-depth knowledge of drilling safety practices and standards
✅ Effective communication and training facilitation skills
✅ Saudi experience and transferable Iqama required
