Rotating Equipment Supervisor

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

·      Supervise a team of technicians and engineers in the maintenance and repair of rotating equipment.

·      Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

·      Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to resolve equipment problems.

·      Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards in all maintenance activities.

·      Collaborate with other departments to optimize equipment performance and minimize disruptions to operations.

·      Maintain accurate records, including maintenance schedules and equipment history.

Qualifications:

·      Diploma/Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).

·      Proven experience as a Rotating Equipment Supervisor or a similar role.

·      Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and motors.

·      Excellent leadership and team management skills.

·      Ability to develop and implement maintenance strategies.

·      Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

·      Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.

·      Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
