Key Responsibilities
🔸 Market Intelligence & Strategy
Map and analyse the data centre ecosystem across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt
Track projects from hyperscale operators (AWS, Meta, Google Cloud, Microsoft, etc.) and regional players (Khazna, G42, stc, Telecom Egypt)
Build insights on EPCs, consultants, and government entities shaping the market
🔸 New Business Development
Engage early with EPCs and consultants (El-Seif, CCC, Nesma, Orascom, Dar Al-Handasah)
Build a strong early-stage pipeline through RFPs, tenders, and direct developer engagement
Collaborate with technology partners (Schneider Electric, ETON, ABB, Siemens, Huawei)
🔸 Project & Account Development
Strengthen existing accounts and identify new pockets of opportunities
Work with engineering teams to develop customised technical solutions
Drive clarity and acceleration in multi-stakeholder decision-making
🔸 Stakeholder Engagement
Build lasting relationships with operators, developers, consultants, and EPCs
Lead workshops, presentations, and commercial discussions
🔸 Sales Execution & Delivery
Manage the complete sales cycle—from specification to order and delivery
Coordinate with contractors and integrators during installation and commissioning
⭐ Key Skills & Qualities
✔ Regional experience in data centre, energy, or infrastructure sales
✔ Strong network with Middle East stakeholders (developers, EPCs, hyperscalers)
✔ Proven success in long-cycle project sales
✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
