About the Role:
As the After Sales Director, you will:

✔ Manage budgets, optimize costs, and improve financial performance.
✔ Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
✔ Mentor and train teams to deliver top-tier after-sales service.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).
✅ 10+ years in after-sales management, preferably in home appliances/electronics.
✅ Strong leadership, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Expertise in CRM/ERP systems and operational excellence.
