Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell color pastes, pigments, coating solutions, and specialty chemical products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with paint manufacturers and industrial clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share across Saudi Arabia and GCC countries.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to customers.
• Provide technical support and recommend suitable solutions for customer applications.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
✔ Proven B2B industrial sales experience in paints, coatings, pigments, colorants, resins, additives, or specialty chemicals.
✔ Strong knowledge of the paints and coatings industry.
✔ Existing network within paint manufacturing and coating companies is highly preferred.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
✔ Willingness to travel and conduct regular customer visits.
✔ Fluent in English (spoken and written), with the ability to prepare technical/commercial proposals and communicate effectively with international clients and partners.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in decorative paints, industrial coatings, tinting systems, pigments, and color technologies.
• Previous experience working with paint manufacturers and coating companies.
• Ability to deliver technical presentations and conduct commercial discussions in English.
