Description:
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for rotating equipment services (pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, etc.)
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and equipment assessments to understand customer requirements
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals tailored to client needs
Coordinate with engineering and service teams to develop solutions and cost estimates
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports
Support after-sales activities and ensure successful project execution
