Description:
*Identify and qualify potential leads through market research and outreach.
*Proactively engage prospects via calls, emails, and social media.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships.
*Present and promote the company's services effectively.
*Achieve sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
*Conduct follow-ups for client satisfaction and upselling.
*Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation campaigns.
*Maintain a deep understanding of company services.
*Keep CRM updated with accurate lead/opportunity data.
*Support regional sales strategy with the Head of Sales.
*Prepare detailed reports on performance and market insights.
-Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
*3–5 years’ experience in sales, ideally B2B or services.
*Proven track record in achieving KPIs and targets.
*CRM and sales software proficiency.
*Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
*Self-driven and collaborative mindset.
*Knowledge of the Saudi market; experience in laundry/service industry is a plus.
