Key Responsibilities 

  • Strategic Prospecting: Research and map target accounts in government and corporate sectors; build and nurture pipeline.
  • Lead Management: Qualify and convert incoming inquiries; maintain timely follow-up and accurate CRM records.
  • Proposal Development: Craft customized commercial proposals and compelling presentations in Arabic and English.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms align with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Operations, Creative, and Marketing teams to guarantee seamless event delivery.
  • Market Representation: Represent Najed View at industry forums, chamber events, and key networking platforms.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly sales forecasts, pipeline analyses, and post-event debriefs

 

Qualifications / المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years’ proven sales success in the Saudi events or hospitality sector.
  • Native or near-native Arabic with professional English proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid Saudi driver’s license and flexibility to travel within the Kingdom.
