Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Research and map target accounts in government and corporate sectors; build and nurture pipeline.
- Lead Management: Qualify and convert incoming inquiries; maintain timely follow-up and accurate CRM records.
- Proposal Development: Craft customized commercial proposals and compelling presentations in Arabic and English.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms align with company policies and profitability goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Operations, Creative, and Marketing teams to guarantee seamless event delivery.
- Market Representation: Represent Najed View at industry forums, chamber events, and key networking platforms.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly sales forecasts, pipeline analyses, and post-event debriefs
Qualifications / المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years’ proven sales success in the Saudi events or hospitality sector.
- Native or near-native Arabic with professional English proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid Saudi driver’s license and flexibility to travel within the Kingdom.
