Sales Executive

Description:

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Identify new clients and generate qualified sales leads
🔹 Approach HR, Procurement, Operations and Project teams
🔹 Promote manpower outsourcing and recruitment solutions
🔹 Arrange client meetings and understand workforce requirements
🔹 Coordinate proposals, follow-ups and opportunity closures
🔹 Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Candidate Requirements
✅ 6 months to 1 year of relevant sales experience
✅ Experience within manpower outsourcing or recruitment is required
✅ Currently based in Saudi Arabia
✅ Transferable Iqama is mandatory
✅ Valid Saudi driving licence is preferred
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Self-motivated, confident and comfortable with client meetings
