Description:
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that support their digital transformation goals.
- Manage the entire account lifecycle from initiation to renewal, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Facilitate and coordinate the execution of contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
- Lead team members, offering guidance and support, and ensuring their professional development.
- Maintain and enhance supplier relationships to secure the best terms and support for client projects.
*Requirements:*
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in the IT industry, particularly in account management or client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation strategies for government and enterprise clients.
- Successful track record in managing key customer relationships and closing strategic agreements.
- Familiarity with products and solutions from leading vendors such as Huawei
