• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets
• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitors to identify risks and opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, marketing, and logistics teams
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management
🎓 What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 7–10 years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Solid background in panel manufacturing or building materials (highly preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet targets
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is preferred
