Role Overview:
You will lead and manage all sales operations across the Riyadh region, driving revenue growth, managing key trade channels, and leading a large sales force to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end sales operations for the Riyadh region
✅ Lead, coach, and develop a team of 70+ sales & support staff
✅ Handle multiple channels:
Modern Trade: Carrefour, Panda & major retail chains
Traditional Trade: Groceries, mini-markets, wholesalers
HORECA: Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés
✅ Develop and execute strategic sales plans
✅ Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activity
✅ Build strong relationships with key accounts and distributors
✅ Track KPIs, budgets, and sales performance
✅ Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
📌 3–5 years in a similar Sales Manager role within Riyadh
👥 Proven experience managing large teams (50+ staff)
🛒 Strong FMCG / consumer goods background
🗣️ English required | Arabic is a plus
