Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and close new business opportunities in the assigned region across Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, SCM, HCM, CX)
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and handle the full sales cycle
• Engage with C-level stakeholders and position Oracle consulting and delivery capabilities
• Leverage Oracle partner ecosystem for joint go-to-market opportunities
• Achieve quarterly sales targets
• Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and marketing teams to create strong proposals
Requirements:
✅ 2–5 years of experience in IT solution / services sales (Jeddah or Dammam markets)
✅ Strong experience in selling Oracle Applications (Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM/CX preferred)
✅ Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills
✅ Strong understanding of enterprise sales
✅ Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
✅ Able to work independently and engage at all senior levels
