A leading medical laboratories and healthcare services group in Saudi Arabia is hiring experienced Sales & Marketing Supervisors for Riyadh and Jeddah.
We are looking for high-performing professionals with a strong background in medical labs, hospitals, or healthcare sales & marketing, capable of leading teams, driving growth and expanding market presence.
Locations: Riyadh and Jeddah
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise sales & marketing teams
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share
Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and medical centers
Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships
Monitor performance, KPIs and market trends
Support brand positioning and promotional activities
Requirements:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in medical labs, hospitals, or healthcare sales & marketing
Proven experience in team supervision and target achievement
Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
