Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a link between Sales, Supply Chain, and Dispatch teams.
• Analyze sales data, customer performance, and market trends.
• Prepare pricing, margin, and performance reports.
• Track dispatch activities and ensure accuracy of sales documentation.
• Monitor credit limits, overdue accounts, and customer classifications.
• Support CRM improvements and commercial process development.
• Participate in monthly target analysis and legal collection reviews.
✅ What You’ll Need:
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
• 2+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Admin, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Experience in trading or building materials is a strong plus.
