As a Sales Operations Manager (Commercials & Pricing), you will play a crucial role in optimizing sales operations, supporting the sales team, and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include developing data-driven pricing strategies, analyzing commercial agreements, and improving sales efficiency through process enhancements. You will also contribute to sales training, knowledge sharing, and sales enablement to maximize overall performance.

Job Responsibilities
Pricing & Commercial Strategy:
Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to optimize profitability and win rates.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing opportunities.
Develop and maintain pricing models and tools for efficient quoting and deal structuring.
Manage commercial and price negotiation processes, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
Sales Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for pricing and commercial optimization.
Generate accurate sales performance reports, providing insights for decision-making.
Ensure real-time performance dashboards are available for the sales team.
Assist in sales forecasting by verifying data accuracy and improving forecast precision.
Sales Operations & Process Optimization:
Continuously review and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to save time and resources.
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with corrective actions when needed.
Sales Enablement & Training:
Support sales training and onboarding programs.
Document best practices and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
Create and maintain sales enablement content, including pitch decks, case studies, and product sheets.
