Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth across Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and other regions).
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
Secure large-scale AV, Security, and Smart Building projects across public and private sectors.
Promote and sell a full portfolio of integrated solutions, including professional AV, video walls, conferencing, CCTV, ACS, and gate barriers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to tendering, negotiation, and closure.
Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Provide market insights to shape business strategy and growth initiatives.
Collaborate with pre-sales and engineering teams to design competitive, tailored solutions.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Skills
Qualifications:
Minimum B.Sc. Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience in security, surveillance, AV, or ICT solutions.
Strong client network in Saudi Arabia.
Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Highly motivated and target-driven personality.
Preferred Attributes:
Experienced in handling high-end, premium brand solutions.
Familiar with local tendering procedures and government procurement practices in Saudi Arabia.
Confident engaging with both C-suite and technical stakeholders
