Sales & Specification Engineer

MERINT is looking for a results-driven Sales & Specification Engineer to drive sales, project specifications, and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities
• Specify company glass products with consultants, architects, contractors, and processors
• Track projects and ensure specified products are approved and secured
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits
• Provide technical and customized solutions to meet client requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams on quotations, deliveries, installations, and technical support
• Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities
• Maintain CRM, sales reports, prospects, and project updates
• Represent company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
