* Good knowledge of preparation and automation procedures (e.g., Automated Compounding Devices – ACD)
* Familiarity with hospital sales cycles, ICU, and nutrition departments
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships within the healthcare sector
