We are looking to hire 2 Sales Support Officers to join our growing Sales & Marketing team.
Role Overview:
The Sales Support Officer will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales processes, accurate documentation, timely coordination, and excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and tender documents
• Process sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices
• Coordinate between sales, operations, logistics, and finance teams
• Follow up with customers on quotations and order status
• Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and documentation
• Support the sales team with timely customer communication
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in sales support or sales administration
• Experience in construction, equipment rental, or trading industry is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and MS Office skills
• ERP/CRM experience preferred
