SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE CHINESE NATIONALITY We are looking for a fluent Chinese and English speaker to join our team as a Sales Support Representative - Chinese Speaking. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact between clients, the sales team, and China-based stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while actively supporting sales and day-to-day operational processes.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general customer service tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a sales support or customer-facing role is an advantage.
