Description:

Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead enterprise infrastructure operations across Data Center, Servers, Networks, Linux Platforms, Deskside Support, SOC, and NOC
✔ Manage and ensure high availability of:
Data Center Infrastructure
Server & Virtualization Platforms
Network Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN)
Linux & Unix Platforms
Storage & Backup Solutions
SOC and NOC Operations
End User & Deskside Support
✔ Drive incident, problem, and change management processes
✔ Ensure SLA, KPI, and uptime targets are consistently achieved
✔ Lead major incident management and service restoration activities
✔ Implement ITIL best practices and operational governance
✔ Drive infrastructure modernization, automation, and AI-enabled operational efficiencies
✔ Manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience
✅ Strong experience in Infrastructure Operations & Service Delivery
✅ Expertise in Data Center, Network, Server, and Virtualization Technologies
✅ Experience managing SOC/NOC environments
✅ Knowledge of ITIL processes and governance frameworks
✅ Exposure to Automation, AI Ops, and Enterprise Monitoring platforms
✅ Strong leadership and team management experience
