Responsibilities:

  • Strong sales management and sales-related function skills including commitment to Sales Process
  • Build long-term relationships and utilize networks to expand influence and thought leadership.
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.
  • Excellent rapport and relationship builder
  • Identify necessary support resources to successfully support team in closing new business
  • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities; strong time management skills
  • High energy, positive attitude and excellent communication/presentation skills
  • Communicate effectively across the organization
  • Assist operations team in client retention of new business as directed
  • Aligns and drives plans for new products and applications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in direct B2B selling.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets over time
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work with CRM database management system
  • Ability to represent the organisation at a variety of industry and non-industry events
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High energy level, strong executive presence and the ability to progress further in the organization
  • Team Player who wants to be part of and contribute to the success of a top-calibre sales organization
