Sap Icmr Consultant

Description:

o Proven SAP ICMR expertise with FICO/FI modules.

o Strong financial understanding and reconciliation experience.

o Develop and optimize inter-company reconciliation processes using SAP FICO/FI.

o Configure and customize SAP modules for efficient reconciliation, proficient in SAP S/4HANA with extensive hands-on experience in ICMR configuration and management.

o Strong understanding of SAP Fiori apps related to ICMR such as Define Matching Methods, Define Reconciliation Cases, and Manage Workflows.

o Experience with SAP transaction codes related to ICMR, including ICATRM (Transport Matching Methods), ICARC (Activate Reconciliation Close Process), and ICAEM (Define Elimination Methods).

o Collaborate with teams for seamless integration of reconciliation processes.

o Analyze data for accuracy and generate insightful reports.

• Design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.

• Will be involved in full life cycle of implementation, large-scale and end-to-end international projects

• Hands on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting and configuration/customization/testing, deployment and RUN services of SAP transformation programs.

• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.

• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

• Document functional designs, test cases and results.

• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.

• Deep understanding of business processes as well as good knowledge of technical issues in the respective modules.

• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

• Provide training (incl. creation of training documents) and user support as required.

• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to junior team members.

• Very good command of English.

• Team management and project management skills as an asset.
