Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support projects

Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and configure modules

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and deployment

Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and system demonstrations

Handle data migration and integration with SAP or third-party platforms

Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution

Requirements:
3–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting

Hands-on expertise in at least one or more of the following modules: EC, PMGM, LMS, RCM, ONB

Proven implementation experience and strong understanding of HR business processes

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

SAP SuccessFactors Certification is a plus
