Sap Successfactors Consultant

Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to implement, configure, and support SuccessFactors solutions that improve HR operations and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and business teams to deliver scalable and efficient HR system solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities
Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements
Configure workflows, business rules, forms, and role-based permissions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide system solutions
Support integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities
Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and user support
Prepare system documentation and conduct user training
Identify opportunities for HR process improvement and automation
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support
Strong knowledge of modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, or Onboarding
Experience in SuccessFactors configuration and integrations
Good understanding of HR processes and digital HR transformation
Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools within SuccessFactors
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred
