Are you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant looking for your next big opportunity? We're hiring a Senior Consultant to lead impactful HR digital transformation projects with global exposure.
π Role Overview
As an SF EC Senior Consultant, you'll drive end-to-end implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and enterprise systems. This is your chance to work in a dynamic, client-facing role making strategic HR transformation a reality.
π§ Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Implementation: Lead full-cycle SF EC projects β from requirement gathering to go-live and support.
Integration Expertise: Manage integrations with S/4HANA using SAP CPI, BIB, and other middleware platforms.
HR Process Optimization: Analyze current processes and recommend best practices to improve HR efficiency.
Configuration & Customization: Work on Foundation Objects, Time Off, Workflows, and EC Payroll Integration.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR, IT, and executive stakeholders to meet project goals.
Training & Documentation: Provide knowledge transfer sessions and maintain detailed documentation.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelorβs or Masterβs Degree with strong academic performance
SAP SuccessFactors EC certification is mandatory
Strong command over Business Rules, Event Derivations, Position Management
Hands-on experience in SAP CPI for integration
Preferred: Experience in multi-country payroll, Compensation & Talent, and People Analytics

Hybrid working model with client-site visits when needed
Willingness to travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia during key project phases
