Senior Accountant

Description:

Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning
✅ Analyse financial performance, variances, gross profit, and margins
✅ Monitor inventory, stock ageing, turnover, and floor plan financing.
✅ Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and financial statements.
✅ Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and accruals
✅ Analyse Parts, Service, Aftersales, and F&I profitability
✅ Manage credit control, collections, and cash flow.
✅ Support landing cost calculations, purchasing processes, and HR-related activities
✅ Ensure compliance with OEM reporting requirements and internal finance policies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of experience in financial accounting and FP&A
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting skills
• Solid understanding of dealership P&L and automotive retail KPIs
• Experience in F&I performance analysis
