What You’ll Do:
✅ Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for IT systems, software, and processes.
✅ Create user manuals, API documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
✅ Collaborate with IT engineers, developers, and product managers to gather technical insights.
✅ Convert complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
✅ Ensure documentation follows industry best practices, is structured, and easy to navigate.
✅ Create visual aids like diagrams and flowcharts to enhance understanding.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Writer in an IT-driven environment.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
✔️ Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, databases, and cloud technologies.
✔️ Proficiency in technical writing tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker).
✔️ Experience with Oracle Utility products (CC&B, MDM, C2M) is a plus!
✔️ Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
