Senior Consultant

At TÜV Rheinland, we are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – Security & Facility Management to join our team of experts. This is a 6-month project-based assignment, offering you the chance to make a significant impact in a focused timeframe.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
·        Provide expert guidance and support to the Project Manager and Client's internal teams on all aspects of the SOMS implementation project.
·        Develop key SOMS documentation, including policies, procedures, processes, training content forms, ensuring compliance with ISO 31000 and ISO 18788
·        Support the development of SOMS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitoring mechanisms.
·        Develop and deliver comprehensive SOMS awareness training.
·        Support the development and implementation of risk and opportunity procedures, including conducting on-site risk assessments.
·        Support the planning and execution of internal audits / management review and assist in closing out identified nonconformities.
·        Support the organization during external certification audits, addressing any non-conformities raised by the auditors.

🎯 What We Are Looking For
·        Extensive experience in consulting on and implementing ISO management system standards, with a strong focus and preference on ISO 31000 and ISO 18788.
·        Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering training programs related to ISO standards and security management.
·        Deep understanding of security management best practices, processes, and technologies.
·        Strong understanding of risk management methodologies (e.g., ISO 31000) and experience conducting complex risk assessments and opportunity analysis.
·        Proven ability to conduct gap analyses, develop action plans, and support organizations in achieving certification.
·        Experience in conducting internal audits and providing guidance on corrective actions.
·        Experience working with diverse teams and managing stakeholders at various levels.
·        Experience in the development and delivery of relevant training content.
·        The ability to articulate complex information at the ground root level.
·        Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
