Senior Cost Control

Description:

United Diamond Contractors & Trading (UDCT) is looking for an experienced Senior Cost Control (Mechanical Engineer) to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia & Egypt.
You will be responsible for managing cost control, estimation, and quantity surveying for major firefighting and MEP projects, ensuring they are completed on budget, on schedule, and to the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and cost forecasts
Review and verify supplier, vendor, and subcontractor invoices
Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions
Support project teams with cost estimation and WBS management
Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow statements, and billing documents
Participate in meetings to review project progress and performance

Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
✅ 10+ years in cost control / QS within construction or MEP/firefighting projects
✅ Experience in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region (preferred)
✅ Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, and commercial principles
✅ Fluent in English, with strong analytical and communication skills
