Key Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise PMO frameworks and portfolio governance
• Manage multi-stream programs, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Provide executive-level dashboards and performance reporting
• Coordinate with government entities, consultants, and delivery partners
• Drive delivery discipline across large-scale projects
• Support national transformation and giga-project objectives
