At TechnoVal, we are scaling our next phase of growth—and we’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager with the ambition and expertise to drive high-value digital transformation deals across MENA.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in enterprise software sales, particularly in implementation services and cloud transformation, who can engage with C-level decision-makers and align with key software vendors such as SAP, OpenText, Microsoft, Unify Apps, Salesforce, and others.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Own and drive end-to-end sales of cloud implementation services
Build and nurture executive relationships with enterprise customers and partners
- Align closely with global software vendors and co-sell in strategic accounts
- Shape tailored value propositions and lead consultative selling efforts
- Manage pipeline growth, forecasts, and target achievement in key territories
- Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure value realization for customers

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally in digital transformation or SaaS/IT services
- Strong understanding of software vendors, or similar enterprise software ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to close large, multi-stakeholder deals in MENA
- Proven vendor collaboration and alliance management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or IT (MBA is a plus)
