Key Requirements:
Overall Experience: Minimum 5 years of solid experience in the Façade industry (Estimation & Costing).
KSA Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of local experience within the Saudi market.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of KSA material suppliers, vendors, sub-contractors, and current market pricing dynamics.
Strong skills in quantity surveying, variations, and preparing competitive commercial bids.
