Our client, a leading US law firm, is seeking a Senior Human Resources professional to join their Riyadh office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 7+ years of HR experience, ideally gained within a law firm or professional services environment.

In this role, you will lead key HR operations, support regional and global people strategies, and partner with leadership on performance management and development. You’ll serve as the main HR point of contact, offering guidance to management and staff while ensuring compliance with Saudi employment laws and firm policies. Your understanding of local labor regulations and your ability to navigate sensitive HR matters will be essential to the role.
