Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead delivery of utilities (water, power, telecom) and transport infra projects.
Manage full lifecycle: planning, execution, testing, and handover.
Oversee teams, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination.
Ensure compliance with Saudi standards, safety, and sustainability goals.
Drive risk management, change control, and performance reporting.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
12–20+ years infrastructure PM (GCC/Saudi preferred).
PMP certification and Primavera P6 proficiency.
Proven on utilities/transport mega-projects.
Leadership, English fluency (Arabic advantage).
