Senior Mechanical Engineer

Omran Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team in Dammam. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality engineering projects and leading mechanical site execution, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all on-site Mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting & Medical Gas Systems).
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and as-built drawings.
Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and manage NCRs with corrective actions.
Ensure installations comply with IFC drawings, project specifications, and international standards.
Witness testing & commissioning activities and verify system performance.
Provide technical support by reviewing RFIs and resolving complex site issues.
Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, and Electrical disciplines to avoid clashes.
Monitor project progress and support monthly progress validation.
Enforce HSE requirements and ensure safe execution of mechanical systems.
Mentor junior engineers and inspectors while maintaining high engineering standards.
Prepare technical reports and maintain complete project documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction supervision or engineering consultancy.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Medical Gas Systems.
Excellent understanding of international codes and standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and technical reporting skills.
Professional registration and Saudi experience are highly preferred.
