Senior Mep Estimator

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Review tender drawings, specifications & BOQs
• Prepare detailed BOQs & technical submissions
• Raise RFIs and coordinate with clients
• Evaluate supplier & subcontractor quotations
• Manage project budgets & variation claims
• Provide value engineering proposals
• Attend pre-bid meetings & support negotiations
• Ensure timely and competitive tender submissions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years MEP experience (min. 4 years in fit-out projects)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm & Plumbing systems
• GCC/KSA experience preferred
• Proficiency in PlanSwift, AutoCAD & MS Excel
• Ability to handle multiple tenders under tight deadlines
