Senior Planning Engineer

Key Requirements:

▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
▪️ 8–12 years of experience in Planning & Scheduling.
▪️ Fit-out project experience is mandatory.
▪️ Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6.
▪️ Strong expertise in CPM, Critical Path Analysis & EVM.
▪️ Experience with Baseline Schedules, EOT Claims, Delay Analysis, Recovery & Mitigation Plans.
▪️ Strong progress monitoring and management reporting skills.
▪️ Proficiency in Power BI and Dashboard Development.
▪️ Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects.
▪️ Knowledge of AI tools for planning and project controls is an added advantage.
