Senior Production Supervisor

We are supporting a leading Luxury Electric Vehicle Manufacturer in KSA seeking a highly driven Senior Production Supervisor – Stamping to join their world-class, fast-growing manufacturing plant.

👇 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations / Engineering / Business
• 6+ years of direct automotive production stamping experience
• Strong exposure to automotive manufacturing, LEAN, TPS, GK, Six Sigma
• Ability to lead and supervise up to 50 staff
• Experienced in new plant/product launch environments
• Excellent communication & cross-functional coordination skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, MES, and production systems
• Experience in stamping, fabrication, press operations, body/metal finishing
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and fast-paced operations
• High attention to Safety, Quality & Standardized Work compliance

👇 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily Safety, Quality and Productivity across stamping operations
• Perform process confirmations to ensure smooth & high-quality production
• Support Continuous Improvement and coach problem-solving at line level
• Oversee material flow from receiving → warehouse → line feed → customers
• Implement Engineering Changes and ensure flawless new part introduction
• Manage MES, shift reports, SOP compliance, OPLs, safety clips
• Conduct start/end-of-shift briefings and ensure clear communication
• Ensure adherence to TPS audits, manual handling, driving standards
• Manage attendance, performance reviews, ILU/training plans
• Identify data gaps, missing counts, and take corrective actions
• Maintain strong collaboration with Supply Chain, QA/QC, Engineering, Packaging
• Guarantee full compliance with EHS, fire exits, safety regulations & audits
