Senior Recruitment Consultant

Description:

MSelect is looking for a driven and dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This is a 360° recruitment role, where you'll manage business development & recruitment delivery across multiple sectors, including Energy Process, Infrastructure, and IT.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop & manage a portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships

🔍 Source & manage top-tier candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle

🤝 Negotiate business terms and successfully place candidates in key
industries

🎯 Match client needs with high-quality talent to ensure successful placements

📢 Achieve & exceed billing and client satisfaction targets

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
(preferred)

💼 5+ years of 360° recruitment experience in Energy, Infrastructure, or IT

📈 Proven track record in business development & client management

🛠️ Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to
onboarding

💬 Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills

🚀 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment & manage multiple priorities

💻 Proficiency in recruitment software & tools (Bullhorn experience is a plus)
