Senior Sales Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with extensive experience in IT Software and Application sales to drive enterprise account growth in KSA.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business acquisition and manage end-to-end sales cycles for large enterprise accounts in KSA.
• Build and strengthen relationships with CIOs, CXOs, and key IT business leaders.
• Develop growth roadmaps for digital transformation, cloud, and cybersecurity practices.
• Coordinate with internal presales, delivery, and OEM partners to build winning proposals.
• Contribute insights and market intelligence to shape the regional growth plan.
🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Master's in Sales/Marketing preferred)
• 10+ years of IT Industry experience, with a minimum of 7 years in IT Sales (Software/Applications) within KSA.
• Proven track record of handling large accounts, hunting, farming, and stakeholder mapping.
• Strong domain knowledge of key KSA industries (Government, BFSI, Enterprise).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative negotiation skills.
