✅ Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver 3+ full-cycle implementations of SAP HCM Payroll.
Configure and support Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll modules.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of PCRs & Schemas, ECP (Employee Central Payroll), PCC (Payroll Control Center), and Payroll–FI integration.
Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with SAP HCM on-premise.
Operate independently and collaborate effectively with client stakeholders.
Support global payroll operations with a focus on Saudi Arabia and Singapore.

Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and business operations.
Hands-on exposure to Saudi and Singapore payroll regulations.
Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
Willingness to relocate or travel to Saudi Arabia on short notice.
